Hoylu - Notice history

Our cloud provider will apply routine updates to the database infrastructure behind Hoylu during this window.

What to expect:

• Hoylu web app: You may see a brief connection interruption. Hoylu reconnects automatically.

• Hoylu API: The API will be unavailable while the database maintenance is in progress . Requests during this time will fail or time out.

What you need to do:

• If a workspace doesn't reconnect, refresh your browser after the maintenance window.

• If you use the Hoylu API, pause scheduled jobs and syncs during the window, or make sure your integration retries failed requests after the window ends.

We'll update this page when the maintenance is complete.

We're performing scheduled maintenance on Saturday, August 29. Hoylu will be unavailable for up to 30 minutes while servers restart. Your projects, workspaces and data are unaffected, and no action is needed on your side. We'll post an update here once maintenance is complete.
