    What to expect:

    • Hoylu web app: You may see a brief connection interruption. Hoylu reconnects automatically.

    • Hoylu API: The API will be unavailable while the database maintenance is in progress . Requests during this time will fail or time out.

    What you need to do:

    • If a workspace doesn't reconnect, refresh your browser after the maintenance window.

    • If you use the Hoylu API, pause scheduled jobs and syncs during the window, or make sure your integration retries failed requests after the window ends.
