Communication from Hoylu - impacting our Hoylu EU and US Instance (app.hoylu.com and us.hoylu.com):
This notification is for upcoming planned maintenance to our MySQL Server in the EU and US. This is scheduled to occur Saturday, 31 August 2024 from 6:00am UTC/ 2:00am EST through 10:00am UTC/6am EST.
During planned maintenance our services can be unavailable for 20 -120 minutes(2 hours). The entire planned maintenance event will be carefully monitored by the engineering team.
Hoylu's Response and Recommendation to Clients:
We expect the Hoylu systems to become unresponsive via our EU and US Instance (app.hoylu.com and us.hoylu.com), with data loss possible during this maintenance window. We are making the following suggestions:
Please plan as if systems will be down from 6:00am UTC/ 2:00am EST through 10:00am UTC/ 6:00am EST on Saturday, 31 August 2024.
Ensure you and your teams are fully logged out of any Hoylu workspaces before the scheduled maintenance time to avoid potential data loss if our backend services experience disruptions.
Our Engineering and Support teams will monitor this planned maintenance and provide any additional updates as they become available.
