Hoylu - Notice history

Communication from Hoylu - impacting our Hoylu EU and US Instance (app.hoylu.com and us.hoylu.com):

This notification is for upcoming planned maintenance to our MySQL Server in the EU and US. This is scheduled to occur Saturday, 21 February 2026 from 12:30 UTC/7:30 ET through 16:30 UTC/11:30 ET.

During planned maintenance our services can be unavailable for 20 -120 minutes(2 hours). The entire planned maintenance event will be carefully monitored by the engineering team.

Hoylu's Response and Recommendation to Clients:

We expect the Hoylu systems to become unresponsive via our EU and US Instance (app.hoylu.com and us.hoylu.com), with data loss possible during this maintenance window. We are making the following suggestions:

1. Please plan as if systems will be down on Saturday, 21 February 2026 from 12:30 UTC/7:30 ET through 16:30 UTC/11:30 ET.
    

2. Ensure you and your teams are fully logged out of any Hoylu workspaces before the scheduled maintenance time to avoid potential data loss if our backend services experience disruptions.

Our Engineering and Support teams will monitor this planned maintenance and provide any additional updates as they become available.

This notification is for upcoming planned maintenance to our Single-Sign On (SSO) service on app.hoylu.com and us.hoylu.com. This is scheduled to occur on Tuesday, Dec. 9, 2025 between 2:00 am ET and 5:00 am ET.

During the planned maintenance, Hoylu users using SAML or OIDC SSO will not be able to login to Hoylu. Users using username and password login, or MS Entra ID SSO will not be affected!
