What to expect:
Hoylu web app: You may see a brief connection interruption. Hoylu reconnects automatically.
Hoylu API: The API will be unavailable while the database maintenance is in progress . Requests during this time will fail or time out.
What you need to do:
If a workspace doesn't reconnect, refresh your browser after the maintenance window.
If you use the Hoylu API, pause scheduled jobs and syncs during the window, or make sure your integration retries failed requests after the window ends.
