The Hoylu Engineering Team has completed the maintenance.
The planned maintenance on our Single-Sign On (SSO) service has been successfully completed. All SAML and OIDC SSO login functionality has been fully restored, and all users can now access Hoylu as normal. Thank you for your patience.

The Hoylu Engineering Team has started working on the maintenance.
Hoylu users using SAML or OIDC SSO will not be able to login to Hoylu while the maintenance is in progress. Users using username and password login, or MS Entra ID SSO will not be affected!
We will update this article to track the progress.

This notification is for upcoming planned maintenance to our Single-Sign On (SSO) service on app.hoylu.com and us.hoylu.com. This is scheduled to occur on Tuesday, Dec. 9, 2025 between 2:00 am ET and 5:00 am ET.

During the planned maintenance, Hoylu users using SAML or OIDC SSO will not be able to login to Hoylu. Users using username and password login, or MS Entra ID SSO will not be affected!

Affected customers will be notified via email. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to our Support Team (support@hoylu.com)

Our Engineering and Support teams will monitor this planned maintenance and provide any additional updates as they become available via our System Status Page.
